It is the set of "behavioral" factors which is primary, and SEX is one of them !!! In other words, mine is a non-dieting diet: I do practice that some thirty years now, and I don't care about calorie counting, BMW and all the rest of garbage so popular in America (and now Western Europe, too). Yet I keep enjoying my food, all the time, my weight oscillates between 72 and 75 kilograms (summer vs winter), and, most importantly, I do enjoy SEX !!! Yeah I was hinting that you should not take the idea that sex burns a lot of calories seriously since the amount of calorie burned varies a lot. But sex does indeed help by reducing your stress. It's quite interesting, but I think that the purpose of that is for humor only and not really health science. I do think that you can lose some calories from sex, but not very many.
