Banana makes a wonderful ingredients in diet shake.
A banana consist of protein, carotene, potassium, calories, carbohydrates and fibers
Cholesterol and fat is very minimal in banana. However for the shakes I recommend that you use only half of a banana per serving.
First you need the ingredients for a Banana diet shake:
Half banana, preferably refrigerated for a night
1/2 cup of low fat milk
Three tablespoon of low fat sugar free yogurt
Two tablespoon of oat
Then mix all the ingredients in food processor and blend it until smooth. Better serve chilled.
There you go, your milk, a little carbohydrate and fruit in one serve.
